I am partner in the Finance Group at Arthur Cox - the leading Irish law firm. I have a real passion for advising our valued clients on their most important and complex finance matters. We measure our success by their success. I have a very broad practice with years of experience across all areas of finance and cross-border lending other finance transactions. I have a particular expertise in DCM, structured finance & securitisation, derivatives and market infrastructure. I head the Derivatives & Trading Practice at Arthur Cox. I am trusted adviser to Ireland's leading financial institutions and corporates on their most important matters. My outlook and experience is also very international. I began my legal career in a Magic Circle firm in London, and from 2017 to 2020 I managed Arthur Cox's New York representative office. When they are doing business in or through Ireland, I am proud to be go-to Irish counsel for leading corporates and market participants (and their counsel) across borrower/issuer/buy side, lender/arranger/sell side and market infrastructure providers.
