About Phil Davis

I am a Fellow of Engineers Australia with over 25 years experience in the Australian infrastructure sector representing Aurecon, Arcadis, Level Crossing Removal Authority, Linking Melbourne Authority, VicRoads, private industry and local government. I have delivered major projects, major D&C projects, managed annual road and bridge rehabilitation programs of $20M+, worked as a Technical Advisor on numerous projects, design engineer and delivered local government capital works programs. Based on this broad experience, I am now a Technical Director providing services to transport sector clients. Career highlights include Engineering and Design Manager for the Independent Reviewer (IREA) on the $18B North East Link Project, Technical Advisor to Rail Projects Victoria and also the OSARs (SRU) delivery of Peninsula Link Project and the development and procurement of East West Link, a $6.8B road tunnel. Other key projects include: Regional Rail Revival Fishermans Bend Urban Renewal Business Case Package 1 - Level Crossing Removal Program $670M - Burke Rd, North Rd, McKinnon Road and Centre Road level crossing removals (Rail under road).
