Phil is an accomplished environmental management professional with a proven track record in land acquisition, renewable energy development, water resources, management, and conservation. He holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Yale University, specializing in Water Resources Science and Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Bates College. Phil's expertise is evident in his successful leadership of large-scale land acquisition campaigns at Intersect Power, where he secured crucial sites for renewable energy projects. His experience also includes managing complex land transactions at the Trust for Public Land, where he oversaw projects ranging from urban parks to expansive timberlands.
