About Phil Eyre

I am the founder of Leaders a leadership consultancy designed to propel leaders to excellence. Our vision is that every workplace is one in which the people flourish. Excellent leaders create such conditions, by leading with moral courage, authentic trust and a living legacy mindset. I have an enthusiastic, pro-people style and a particular expertise in sophisticated psychometrics. I have trained with and been mentored by, global leaders in this field, notably Dr Chuck Coker at Lifethrive Inc and the Two Story team in the US. I began my career in the UK offshore finance industry in 1994, working for a wealth management company, Canaccord Genuity Wealth International. I was head of the company's Guernsey division, with a staff of 120 and assets under management of £4.5billion before resigning from executive responsibilities in 2008. This was to explore people and community more deeply. I served in various community roles, discovering Dr Coker and QM Theory whilst I was Hub Director for a national theology college. This in turn led me to form Leaders. Since launching Leaders in 2017, I have worked with many senior executives across a wide variety of businesses and organisations across the Channel Islands and UK. I enjoy speaking at events, whether for our client's in-house conferences or institutions such as the IoD and the British Army. My personal values, which are a constant work in progress, are joy, integrity, humility and wisdom.
