About Phil Finkle

Phil Finkle serves as Senior Vice President for Broadspire Services, Inc. In his role, Phil leverages his extensive experience building strong relationships within the risk management community and works to introduce new solutions for risk managers and their companies. By consulting with targeted prospects, brokers and carrier partners, he looks to expand Broadspire’s reach in the global risk management community. With over 30 years of industry experience, Phil has functioned in multiple capacities. Most recently, he managed Broadspire’s national sales team, where he was instrumental in securing new clients for the organization and implementing sales best practices. Prior to joining the Company in 2008, Phil worked for a number of carrier-based third party administrators. His background/experience includes claim operations (workers’ compensation); client services (account management); new business sales/marketing; and risk management information systems. Phil has participated in new product development initiatives with multiple employers throughout his career. Identified as an emerging leader by Crawford & Company’s global management team, Phil has participated in growth and management projects throughout the Crawford organization. Phil was a recipient of The Hartford Chairman’s Award, The Hartford’s highest corporate recognition to its employees. The Chairman’s Award recognizes teams and individuals whose contributions to the company have achieved remarkable and significant results.
