About Phil Fuller

For the last ten years I've worked as a communicator and designer, balancing curiosity with pragmatism. I prefer hard, seemingly unsolvable challenges, especially those that others have given up on. My approach is gentle, holistic, and guided by an understanding of who is most affected. I work toward solutions that appear to arrive with the imprint of repeated use already in them. My varied background and skillset is the ongoing result of non-stop observing, interrogating, and interacting with life from many different angles. If there's a constant, it's that I think life is pretty wild on its own, and there are too many things that get in the way of experiencing that. All of my activities-from storyteller, communicator, designer, product manager, to cider-maker and meditator-are about getting closer to that. As a colleague I bring questions. I also know how to elicit answers. I enjoy working with people outside my own area. I appreciate and value what others offer and seek to better myself in support of the team and our goals. I know how to make sacrifices for the good of the mission and the product. Most recently, I demonstrated my ability to step into new roles to lead product development of a Salesforce-powered e-commerce platform, while also assisting with UX design and providing creative direction.
