About Phil Gadd

I have more than 30 years of construction experience as a project manager, foreman, and operations manager. Throughout my career, I have gained an unparalleled knowledge base of efficient, effective construction management and have accumulated detailed knowledge of local requirements, local contractors, and industrial relations requirements. I began my career as a foreman for a diverse range of refurbishment, fitout and churn projects and then broadened into the management of construction programs and individual projects. With a strong background in complex design management, project benchmarking, and cost control, I provide buildability advice and insights into construction. As a team leader, I encourage focused contributions of all project participants to produce maximum value. I am recognised for my leadership and the value it produces particularly for projects in occupied buildings involving new and refurbished fitout and churn.
