With over 11 years of experience in the automotive industry, I am a Director of Operations at Parkway Prestige, a leading provider of premium car repair and maintenance services. I started as a Bodyshop Manager in 2013, where I oversaw the daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I also managed a team of technicians, estimators, and administrators, and developed and implemented policies and procedures to improve the workflow and performance of the bodyshop. In 2021, I was promoted to Director of Operations, where I am responsible for the strategic planning and execution of the overall operations of Parkway Prestige, including the bodyshop, the service department, and the sales department. I also oversee the financial management, the marketing and branding, the customer relations, and the health and safety of the company. I work closely with the owners, the suppliers, the insurers, and the regulators to ensure the compliance, profitability, and growth of the company. I am passionate about delivering exceptional services and products to our customers, and creating a positive and productive work environment for our employees.
