Extensive experience in major engineering & logistics operations in roles ranging from Trainee Technician to Production Supervisor to Project Manager to Multiple Account Manager to 6Sigma Black belt practitioner. A talent for learning new skills and a versatile nature have moved my career from the medical engineering industry through electronic engineering, automotive engineering, financial engineering, and project management, account management and now process improvement. I am a highly motivated manager with strong interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach to management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to provide an efficient and profitable service. In recent years I have become adapt in leading change, particularly with failing operations where by focusing on productivity & performance have created efficient, stable and happy places to work. In addition to my role at DHL, I proudly sit on the Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group Council where we aim t make everyone feel that they can bring their true selves to work everyday.
