I have over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on commercial risk management, governance, and compliance. I am passionate about developing and implementing robust risk frameworks and processes that enable financial institutions to achieve theor strategic goals and deliver value to its members and stakeholders. I have successfully led and supported multiple risk and compliance initiatives, such as risk and control assessments, risk quantification, risk monitoring, testing and reporting, and policy and procedure development and implementation. I have also participated in the remediation of OSFI, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Compliance issues. I am a collaborative and proactive leader who thrives in dynamic and challenging environments. I hold a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Management and International Business from Massey University.
