I support the delivery of key projects and assist the organisation through subject matter expertise.I develop solutions in response to a range of stimuli to add or improve the services delivered by to the community in calltaking & dispatch for the State of Victoria's Emergency Service Organisations. Working with data and qualitative insights, through collaboration with key stakeholders, I design solutions and strategic propositions that work now and into the future.I have experience in a senior Emergency Management role as State Agency Commander for a large Government critical service provider working closely with Emergency Service Organisations.I continue to work with Agency partners during emergencies to manage the State's responses to natural disasters and significant community need.A champion of customer experience, service, and delivery, with a proven record of leading and delivering mission critical, focused and effective solutions in the field of Customer Service and Call Centre Operations.Also skilled in negotiating complex Enterprise Agreements and employee conditions.
