Development of Innovative System Transformation Concept and oversight of a system investment from my Current agency (ADAMH Board of Franklin County). Oversight of over 40 Children, Mental Health and AOD and HIV/AIDS agencies which serve consumers per year. Mediate and Resolve consumer’s complaints and grievances with HIV/AIDS, AOD, and MH Agencies. Developed System Protocols and Procedures for timely complaint and grievance resolutions. Develop and provide training for Franklin County Provider Agencies Client Rights Officers. Moderate CIT (Crisis Intervention Training) Family Panel for Local Law enforcement officers. Coalition Building to Provide a unified voice to Legislators and Politicians. Formulated Collaborative Partnerships with Multi-Systems. Presenting Quarterly Results from the Strategic Business Plan to senior staff in the Managing for Results format (Similar to LEAP approach). Analyzing real time trends within our system of care and continuously modifying from what we have learned. Referral Agent to assist Somali refugees, the Hispanic community, HIV/AIDS, AOD, & MH Consumers with Linkage to vital community resources. Moderate ADAMH’s Consumer and Family Advocacy Council.
