As Airport Manager for three major airlines, across seven international and Australian destinations, I have been responsible for the set up of new airport operations, improving the performance of established stations, and overseeing all aspects of successful airport operations, including delivering financial results and ensuring compliance with government, safety and security Regulations. As the manager of Customer Service Delivery for a regional Australian airline, I have extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service experience to travelers through implementing strong governance structures at a company-wide level that promote dynamic work culture and service excellence. I have recent experience in FIFO charter operations as well as freighter operations and contract management.
