About Phil Jackson

During a career in general management spanning over 22 years, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of multinational food and chemical operations. I specialise in the execution of process development, resulting in significant improvements in business performance in every company I worked for. By leveraging my outstanding leadership and management skills, I achieved many career highlights in various production plants and companies. I was able to reform an underperforming production plant, driving it to achieve 140% of its capacity in a short period of time. I also significantly improved safety practices and ensured safety compliance in facilities that had previously suffered from fatalities due to negligence and poor leadership. In addition, I helped achieve 500% growth in sales over a period of 5 years. I am capable of managing more than 600 staff members and driving them to achieve and exceed production targets. Being a result-oriented leader, I adopt a hands-on approach in management and focus on nurturing skills and developing high-performing teams. Direct reports include staff members from Finance, HR, QC, Supply Chain, Production and Maintenance. In undertaking my duties, I leverage sharp communication and strong analytical skills in order to overcome all problems with new and innovative solutions capable of driving growth within the company. I am renowned for being a motivational leader who works on improving staff morale while leading by example. I am now looking to take on a new challenge as General Manager / Operations Director by making full use of all the skills and expertise that I have previously acquired.
