Phil is a results driven leader with a passion for maximizing the potential of a growing organization. He enjoys overcoming challenges through team atmospheres, where the operational unit can benefit from his leadership and team building skills. Phil’s global experience ranges from experience in training multiple different International Military units, to collaborating with private sector business partners through every continent throughout the globe. Phil's experiences include multiple combat tours between 2005 and 2010, while in the United States Marine Corps, where Phil participated in joint combat operations with Iraqi Police and Iraqi Army units in Fallujah, Ramadi, and Baghdad, Iraq. Phil also participated in combat operations in Afghanistan, where he was continually tasked with leading collaborative missions with the Afghan Army. Phil continues to strive for the same high levels of success in the private sector, as he achieved in the Marine Corps. After receiving multiple leadership and achievement awards in the Marine Corps, Phil continues to receive leadership and accomplishment awards in every role he has played throughout his private sector career. His pursuit of excellence is ongoing now in his career with Oshkosh Corporation, as believes in continual improvement both professionally and personally. At Oshkosh Corporation Phil played key roles by contributing to many Oshkosh Defense contract awards, including the JLTV contract, while operating within Oshkosh Defense Finance. Shortly after the JLTV award, Phil transitioned to become the Senior International Logistics Analyst for Oshkosh Corporation's Access Division, responsible for maintaining international supply chain continuity for Oshkosh Corporations global manufacturing facilities. Phil also acts as the lead for Oshkosh Corporation's 3PL warehousing and outsourcing strategic needs, facilitating warehousing initiatives that align with the company’s growth and objective strategies."A smart man makes a mistake, learns from it, and never makes that mistake again.
