About Phil Meegan

A results oriented and accomplished professional, with a proven track record of partnering with the business, to deliver effective coaching and realise business strategy. I currently work as an International Operations Manager, with Graebel. I’ve gained a great amount of knowledge on the customer experience and how to cope with the high demands that are needed. My background before this was as a team leader and a coach in customer experience. I’ve spent years building up my repertoire and finding various understandings of customer needs, to then upskill in finding the best understanding of my team mate’s needs. Happy team mates, make for happy customers. I am committed to support people in their job and anyone who wants to take full responsibility of their performance. I believe proper leadership and coaching is a co-active partnership aimed at developing awareness and empowerment to achieve personal and professional goals.
