I am a vastly experienced Sales and Events Director, having attained a breadth of experience working with world-renowned Samba London Ltd to lead all sales and events initiatives for iconic F&B outlets, including SUSHISAMBA London and Covent Garden, and Duck & Waffle; as well as being an active Sales and Events Manager at D&D London, overseeing Floridita, Meza & Casa and The Avenue.I am passionate about implementing software solutions to improve corporate efficiencies and ultimately guest experience within the hospitality sector. My experience leading a sales and events function has given me the skills to create innovative and revenue-generating strategies, whilst identifying business exploitation areas and defining operational goals aligned to corporate evolution. I am well versed working across multiple software platforms and IT solutions and enjoy utilising technology to streamline process.As a natural leader, I am exceedingly people-focused, managing multiple cross-functional teams to ensure optimal productivity without compromising quality, service delivery or health, safety or risk standards. I enjoy implementing strong KPIs, holding accountability for team performance, and encouraging and motivating individuals to attain their best.I believe in good corporate citizenship, and outside of my work, I am a Co-Founder of Communi-Tea Circle, a charity designed to reduce loneliness amongst vulnerable elderly residents in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
