About Phil Norrish

I have extensive and broad industry knowledge with over 40 years’ experience of the utilities and power systems industry, from a Craft, Design, Construction, Operations and Management perspective. I have recently been in Senior Management position for one of the largest Independent Connection Providers in the UK with full management and P&L responsibility. When originally joining I fulfilled a Design Managers role before moving into the recent Construction Biased Role. Prior to joining the ICP the previous 11 Years of my career had been overseeing a Multi-disciplinary utility consultancy team delivering large multi utility developments and masterplan projects using the competitive marketplaces. I have previously sat on a number of OFGEM working parties and continue to sit on a number of DNO connection steering groups and expert panels.
