I’m a senior SaaS executive who delivers customer-led growth by creatively using technology to inspire customers and build significant shareholder value. Over twenty years I’ve worked in software, digital health, telco and data analytics businesses. These have helped customers in Australia, Asia and Europe. Working across multiple disciplines has forged me into a well-rounded executive who knows how to launch new businesses, monetise user bases and accelerate growth in highly competitive markets. After graduating from Cambridge, I qualified as a chartered accountant but a desire to get more hands on led me to grow expertise in new areas. It's a move I have never regretted as I've developed in marketing (B2C and B2B), product, digital transformation, sales and ultimately C-level roles. I moved into the software sector in 2013 as CEO for a health software-as-a-service, publishing and analytics company. The performance turnaround led to the successful sale of the business. Since then I’ve run a consultancy practice, led a social enterprise start up and am now accelerating growth in Australia's leading medication software firm. I’m passionate about coaching my teams, inspiring them to raise horizons and walk in the customer’s footsteps.
