Phil Ostrowski, managing partner at Manhattan Global Investments spearheads equity investments, investment analysis and capital stack structuring of global projects that focus on ESG practices within the sectors of oil/gas, development of commercial and residential real estate, blockchain, digital finance and infrastructure, Web 3.0 and Metaverse. Executing strategic and targeted capital deployment strategies over the last 25 years, Phil championed critical investment analysis roles with the Blackstone Group, Colony Capital and Waypoint in spearheading the allocating over $400 million in REITs and holdings while facilitating expansion into major markets to secure and expand market-penetration to exceed $6B in total AUM.During his accelerated career, Mr. Ostrowski directed private equity for private and venture equity placement, financings, debt financings, recapitalizations and actively positioning companies for profitability, performance and sustained growth. MGI's management team, general partnership and advisory board consists of principals at and equity groups controlling a combined $2B AUM at sponsorship level allocated across various funds, holdings and portfolios.
