About Phil Over

I am a proven revenue generator and profit driver. I have done this in various sales management positions, as well as operations direction. I have been able to carry sound management and sales skills across five distinctly different industries; construction, real estate, sports (golf), healthcare, and currently non-profit. Within this cross-over I have successfully driven revenue, profits, and programs, in each industry. In addition to strong sales and operations skills, I have also been able to produce profits by keen project analytical and management skills, as well as exemplary customer service. The skills I rely on the most to accomplish these goals are, superior organizational and analytical skills that produce definitive and logical courses of action. Paired with the ability to mentor people and motivate a team, my skill set has proven effective. Experience in public speaking and authoring published articles, have helped my ability to promote and utilize many different types of media; including newspaper, periodicals, resource guides, and television. Cost containment and control have helped me establish excellent client satisfaction, while driving profits on the bottom line.
