I am a retired teacher skilled in Curriculum Development, Leadership, and Mentoring of teachers and school leaders. My passion is helping all students increase their confidence level in mathematics. With a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Alberta, I have the knowledge and background to guide students in understanding math skills and processes. I channeled my passion for math into the creation of a high school math support website. It is called The Grand Math Connection. My 14-year-old grandson, Jacob, and I share a bond for math and this website is a journey of grandfather and grandson reaching out to students who could benefit from an extra layer of math support.
