Head of Compliance at ICE Futures Europe. Responsible for- resourcing and leadership of a compliance team of 19 covering operations, surveillance, Member oversight, and regulatory reporting (MIFID II, EMIR, etc)- oversight of ICE Futures Europe contracts in oil, utilities, emissions, soft commodities, interest rates, gilts, equities and equity index futures (i.e. everything other than metals and exchange rates)- supervision of contract delivery operations, both physical (gasoil, natural gas, cocoa, coffee, sugar) and electronic (gilts, emissions)- first-line oversight of similar contracts at ICE Endex and ICE Futures Singapore - design, implementation and oversight of the Exchange's market surveillance programme including preparation of STORs - leaning into AML strategy, increasingly - accurate and timely publication of market information - documentation and periodic update of master risk register - documentation and periodic update of related compliance processes - supervision of Member oversight programme including assignment of objectives - oversight of disciplinary programmes - Liaison with regulators (FCA, CFTC, ESMA, OfGem) and other authorities (BoE) as required - provision of assistance, QA,'red team' and other analytical support to local and foreign regulators and law enforcement (CoLP, FBI, DoJ) as required
