I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams while developing, coaching and mentoring my internal staff to create a positive environment and a culture of excellence. Most of my experience has been gained in Food & Beverage, and I have valuable experience in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries. My background has provided me opportunities to work within union and non-union environments. Some of the key competencies I’ve developed during my career include strategic planning, project management, change management, root cause analysis and problem solving, improved communications, and team building.
