Phil Ross’ name is synonymous with martial arts and fitness. His lifelong passion to help people live better, safer and more productive lives through fitness, health and self defense spawned his career. Victorious in over 300 fights inclusive of point karate, full contact Kickboxing, free fighting and submission fighting, he was also a Division 1 NCCA Wrestler as well as a bodyguard and bouncer for many years. This experience lead him to develop a self defense and strength system that has been proven successfully in the ring, on the mat and in the street.
