Phil was appointed Chief Sales Officer for Technetix in Europe in October 2023, where he leads all customer-facing activities across the continent. In this role, he drives commercial strategy, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships across broadband cable, fiber, wireless, and network power systems. Reporting directly into the CEO and working closely with the executive leadership team, he focuses on expanding Technetix’ European presence, aligning go-to-market execution with corporate objectives, and ensuring innovative solutions deliver tangible value to customers. Phil is also committed to mentoring high-performing teams and strengthening Technetix’ reputation as the partner of choice for leading network operators. Phil began his telecoms career as a software engineer at Metaswitch Networks (now a Microsoft company), specializing in SIP and BGP stacks. He later transitioned into sales, building a distinguished career at Nokia before leading the EMEA region at Aeris Communications, where he demonstrated a strong ability to drive results and foster relationships. As a commercially savvy and results-driven executive, Phil excels in navigating business evolution and scaling challenges. He brings expertise in delivering revenue-generating strategies across global technology and SaaS portfolios and is known for exceeding revenue and KPI targets through mentoring teams to achieve high performance. Outside of work, Phil is dedicated to giving back to the community. He provides coaching to undergraduate students and serves as a youth and kids football referee. As the founder of Sub Crawl, a Manchester-based charity event aligned with Action Against Hunger, Phil is eager to broaden his professional network and welcomes connections on LinkedIn.
