He is a Certified Systems Engineering Professional with over 30 years of experience in aerospace, systems engineering, and production operations. At Kihomac, Vitech Corporation, and the Department of Energy, Phil project managed mission-essential designs. With extensive knowledge in systems engineering, project management, risk management, startup evolution, and analytical software, Phil delivered keynote presentations to various professional societies and user group events. He remains active in the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), having served as Region V Member Board Representative, Past President of Alamo Chapter in Texas and the CSRA chapter, as well as participating on several international committees. Phil holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a MS in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
