Unique leadership characteristics and several years of technical experience in systems administration, network security, and vulnerability assessment across various roles and organizations. Currently, I am a Business Toolset Support Specialist at IBML, where I am responsible for system administration, software issue resolution, system efficiency enhancement, helpdesk support, network security, SFTP account management, secure data transfer, VPN access management, and shipping software troubleshooting. Additionally, I have a proven track record in establishing operational excellence, managing and maintaining complex IT infrastructures, providing technical guidance to optimize organizational security posture, and overseeing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of diverse systems and networks. Throughout my career, I have always been commended for achieving consistent excellence in all of the roles I have worked in. I have been a high achiever and a performance-driven leader with a collaborative approach to developing useful operational strategies. My academic highlights: I have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB). I have also completed a Data Analytics Bootcamp at Innovate Birmingham. My Technical Skill-stack: I have extensive knowledge of workspace management technologies such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Power BI, Azure, MDM, DUO, Zoom admin, and Ninja RMM, amongst several other tools. My goal and skillset: I am an exceptional team leader and always work in a high-performance mode. Whenever possible, I look for opportunities to immerse myself in a challenging environment where I could use my leadership, IT, and systems administration skills and experience to drive organizational goals.
