Experienced Executive with 30 years experience in Business Management, Consulting, ICT and Telecommunications both in Australia and globally. As a Business leader I've delivered substantial positive organisational change at a global level, in complex matrix structures, in a variety of industries. I have delivered against significant P&L responsibilities in large scale companies. My skills and experience include developing and implementing strategy, driving business transformation, conducting change management and delivering performance improvement programs in high complexity/high value companies. I have also successfully delivered very large scale technology and IT projects. I have assisted companies and not for profit organisations to develop growth strategies to address challenges and maximise disruptive opportunities including those arising from the rapidly changing globally connected economy.
