With more than 30 years' experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry I enjoy working closely with new and emerging technology partners and trusted customers that appreciate the time and effort it requires to create, scale and optimize modern technologies that solve problems, deliver real growth and real business outcomes. I have earned a reputation as a trusted and well-respected strategic thinker, sales executive and business development manager - where our public safety, emergency services and critical communications partners and customers are my primary focus. I am adaptable, persistent and present. No challenge is too big! A few successful projects and achievements throughout my career include: Delivered a 3-year Business Strategy to supply and support resilient IoT cellular services to 80k ATM & EFTPOS terminals for a leading Australian Payments clearing house. Secured a $10m Customer Care strategy resulting in cost savings of $30M within the first 5 years. Managed a $30M project deployment in NextGen fixed & wireless infrastructure program of work. Led $15m deployment strategy for fixed / mobile emergency alert messaging solution. Deployed a $1.7M Corporate Security infrastructure upgrade for a major Telco. Responsible for leading and closing a 7-year Global Asset Tracking IoT project for a major logistics partner valued at over USD $12m+ including device R&D, IoT connectivity and AI platform services. I love to win as a team where team planning, communication & sound project management is critical to achieving successful project objectives and outcomes.
