Worked with the design teams to implement these into production designs. • Extensive RF system architecture experience in both receive and transmit lineups for cellular and two way wireless designs. • Design, test and physical layout experience with a wide range of RF circuits including RX and TX injection strings, mixers, filters, directional couplers, RF switches and power amplifiers. • Characterized and resolved issues to FCC and ETSI emission specs on multiple products. • Design, test and physical layout experience with RF Power Amplifiers up to 100 watts for 2 way FM radios. • Designed and tested power control systems for two way mobile transmitters. Resolved difficult customer critical problems in memory and audio. • Managed a product development team developing a two way portable radio for commercial markets. Product delivered on time and to specification and cost targets. • Multiple roles in providing technical supervision of engineers in particularly challenging / behind schedule design areas.
