About Phil Wiseman

I am the Business Development Manager for MCAP where I am aiding and assiting mortgage brokers and agents in Eastern Ontario and Atlantic Canada with our products and services. I am enjoying this new challenge as it continues to expand my sales knowledge, time management skills, customer relationship management, problem solving and many other skills while managing the Eastern Ontario region. I graduated from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario with a Bachelor of International Business (BiB) program. My concentration is in International Investment, Finance and Banking. Through my degree I managed to go on exchange for one year at the University Europea – Valencia (UEV) in Valencia, Spain. At the university I had the opportunity to take business courses, ranging from finance related courses to strategic consulting courses while all in the Spanish language. I believe that I am an effective communicator, team player and leader thanks to my work experience at MCAP, FNF Canada and Parks Canada.
