My passion is advancing democratic priorities by intersecting education, nonpartisan political diplomacy, public relations, and leadership to bridge political divides. My superpowers include breaking down complex ideas for communication to general audiences, selling public policy concepts, and bringing diverse people together to mobilize for common missions. MY STORY I served as a key player in Dominica’s international political arena for over 10 years, mobilizing support among partisan groups for democratic efforts and building unity among diverse groups of citizens while improving relations between countries and advancing economic, social, and political agendas. I have authored published research reports, public policy briefs, and other political-related pieces, including 300+ newspaper articles, as well as speaking through various media outlets and delivering lectures. I have an extensive background in education leadership and curriculum development at the secondary and university levels, as well as for independent, mission-driven organizations. Throughout my career, I have remained an educator at heart, continually finding ways to educate the public on political topics through appearances on talk radio, TV, and YouTube. I’ve also authored publications featured in prominent media outlets, a book on political independence, and articles on advancements in the education industry, including several presented at annual education industry conferences.
