I keep my team engaged with weekly cadence meetings and share the latest news updates, wins, birthdays and points of focus for that week/ month. I run multiple touch points (Weekly - Pulse meetings, Training and future education Monthly - One on One's, Forecasting and Safety Meetings) I have organized Kick-Off meetings at the start of each financial year to set the tone and targets for that year. I lead my team with empathy and compassion. We worked together collaborating, amalgamating and developing a strong bond through Trust. Develop and deliver the branch secured service sales for all Lines of Business for the assigned geography. I’m Responsible for hiring, coaching, & developing sales people consistent with Sales Management Disciplines. I set the standard for professionalism within the sales team, building and maintaining a high-performance team able to grow market share through a commitment to customer satisfaction, quality and an understanding of the business environment and local community.
