About Philip Berdos

I've had various roles over the last 15 years as a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer in the nuclear/fossil power industry, pumping equipment, steam jet vacuum systems, thermal vacuum systems, and consumer product design. I have skills in Solidworks, product/fixture design, LEAN manufacturing, project planning, estimating, troubleshooting and currently continue to gain skills in the metering pump manufacturing industry. I enjoy solving problems on the manufacturing floor, getting hands dirty and keeping the lines moving. I take pride in my work and hope to continue making a positive impact on the company I work for and the people I work with. I believe making changes to processes (aka:"the way we've always done it") is critical to success as technology rapidly advances each year - I am in an exciting field and happy to be in my current position where I can explore these opportunities for improvement.
