Phil Bisaillon is a Supply Chain Management Professional with experience in; procurement, inventory management, contract writing, facilities management, fleet management, acquisition and integration, strategic sourcing, scheduling and planning, logistics and distribution. His passion is to explore various ways to; engage employees, use technology and innovation to advance the inventory management and procurement processes. His current position as the Senior Manager, Contracts in the Supply Chain Management department at Capital Power has given him many opportunities to use his knowledge and experience in managing inventory, contract management, supplier management, negotiating with suppliers and supply chain analysis. His career goals and ambitions are to make a positive impact in the way an organization views supply chain management and to bring innovation and share his experience with others in his field. Phil has been involved with the APICS Edmonton Chapter for 13 years and has held various Vice President roles on the board. Being part of the board of directors provided him the opportunity to help other young professionals network with leaders in there field.
