About Philip Black

A highly motivated senior leader with a strong track record of growing profitable business across multiple sectors often operating in highly competitive environments. Philip has held several Board positions. He has significant experience of leading, training and developing salespeople and sales teams to help create high performing client centric organisations. He does this by working with teams, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes for clients through ensuring people deliver exceptional client experience. A lot of this work is focused on helping leaders, teams and the organisations they work for through change. He uses his experience of complex sales environments, sales leadership, strategic account management, account-based marketing, major bids and pitches to transform performance.His previous experience was with the Back Group, Kendrick Construction Group, George Wimpey & Redland PLC. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing, Advanced Leadership (Henley Business School) and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is a Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) with SAMA. He has also held a number of NED/Executive advisor roles.
