Philip is a qualified CA (SA) with more than 17 years of financial services experience. He joined Citadel in 2002, following the completion of his articles in the financial services division of PwC. He was initially appointed as financial manager in Citadel’s product and administration division. Philip was part of the team responsible for the establishment of H4 Collective Investments, the collective investment scheme management company in the Peregrine Group in 2012/2013. He was appointed as managing director of H4 in February 2015 and he is currently a director of Peregrine Administration Services and a trustee of the retirement funds which Citadel administers. Philip has extensive experience in dealing and resolving queries from regulatory bodies (SARS, SARB and FSCA).
