About Philip Brumbaugh

Hi, my name is Philip Brumbaugh and first and foremost, I'm a problem solver. I love having a challenge set before me and then digging into it, trying to find the most effective way to reach the end goal. Figuring out the intricacies the issue might hold, or overcoming any obstacles that might be baring my path are just a part of the fun. In the end, the gratification that comes with success, and the knowledge that my efforts have benefited/improved the lives of others, always makes the task worth it. Currently, Business Management major at Cedarville University, and I'm on track to graduate in the Fall of of 2021. I recently received my bachelors degree in marketing in the spring of 2021. So far in life, the ways I've been able to pursue my passion have been in the forms of tackling school projects, battling with opponents on the tennis court, striving to successfully start and run a small on campus business (IBC), and my main job experience, working in the field at Brumbaugh Engineering and Surveying. While this job is not directly related to either of my two majors, working at BES has still taught me many important life lessons. I've learned the importance of time management, the need for solid people skills, and the drive that is needed for problem solving of any kind. So while I do have limited job experience, I am eager to get out into the job field, find more problems to solve and overall gain experience that I can use to help build into a company. I'm very interested in some type of sales or operations position, but I'm also looking for any type of experience in the Marketing or Management fields.
