About Philip Chong

A highly self motivated and driven individual, with a devoted hunger towards personal and leadership development. This interest began with my monumental weight loss accomplishment over the years. I've learned that perseverance through great discipline, consistency, optimism and approaching situations with a positive mindset are essential ingredients for success. Years of dedication towards founding and running a chapter of an Asian-Interest Fraternity at McMaster University provided me an opportunity to channel this mindset into my extra curricular work experience. Gaining valuable leadership development experience as a result, this gradually sparked and broadened my curiosity and desire to further develop myself personally and professionally. I hope to use my ambition to continuously grow, improve and evolve myself into an individual who may one day empower, lead and manage others towards the direction of success.
