About Philip Cramer

I am a J.D. candidate at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, pursuing Health Law and Compliance Certificates, with a focus on health law, corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and the intersection of law, business, and healthcare systems. Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to roles that combine leadership, service, and problem-solving. Before law school, I gained experience managing client relationships in the healthcare space as an Account Manager at Careington, and led large-scale youth development programs as a Regional Director at BBYO. My time as a Teach For America Corps Member further developed my skills in cultural humility, mentorship, communication, and navigating complex systems, while strengthening my commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am passionate about leveraging my legal education to support healthcare organizations, promote compliance, and address social determinants of health through policy and advocacy. At Loyola, I am actively building on these foundations through my work in law school's medical-legal partnership, leadership roles in multiple student organizations, and my position as Editor-in-Chief of the Annals of Health Law and Life Sciences.
