With solid experience in working in the retail world, I bring years of experience in customer service. My work experience shows that I am a competent worker that has product knowledge; especially in technology. I am interested in further growing my career in the technology industry. With technology changing humanity's lifestyle and creating efficiency in every day tasks, I am even more compelled to see where technology can carry our society. I believe I can thrive in any company because of skills in providing customers with a positive experiences with multiple brands. For me, it is important to provide the highest level of service to customers through product knowledge, understanding customer dilemmas in order to recommend a product and complying to the company's brand. A positive guest experience leads to the customer trusting in a company. My current role as a technician at Apple has provided me with more adverse skills in customer service and technology. With this experience in the ever evolving technologic industry, I love learning and obtaining new ways to help customers understand and enjoy their devices. I am currently teaching myself different coding languages such as JavaScript, Swift, and C++ More about my work style, I excel working in a team setting. I am a team player and I believe each member of a team is essential and brings a unique asset to the table. As much I love contributing my own ideas, I am pleased to work with others to create strong solutions.
