Philip DeLuca, CPA, CFA is a Managing Director at Sia, a management consulting firm providing consulting and advisory services to the financial services industry. At Sia, Philip’s area of coverage includes Investment Banking, Capital Markets and CFO Advisory. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he has serviced clients on engagements including Financial Reporting Enhancements, Treasury Managment solutions, Operational & Technological Transformations, Data Sourcing, as well as Risk and Regulatory remediation related projects including Records Management disposal and retention. Prior to Sia, Philip served as a Senior Vice President in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy where he was responsible for overseeing over $3bn in recoveries from UK affiliate related entities. He also served as the Controller of a $7 billion multi-strategy, value driven, investment fund at Lehman Brothers. DeLuca has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, controls, dashboard reporting and he understands market mechanics on a macro level. He has experience in both finance infrastructure build-outs as well as divestitures of business units Before joining Lehman Brothers in 1996, Mr. DeLuca worked for Goldstein, Golub, Kessler servicing the hedge fund and broker dealer community. Over the years, DeLuca has earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the NYU Stern School of Business and is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton’s School of Management program where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
