Philip Dorrell leads the work of the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) to support African Vaccine Manufacturing. This area of work entails supporting vaccine manufacturers and vaccine procurers with market shaping initiatives to create a sustainable vaccine manufacturing ecosystem on the African continent.
