I am a hands-on IT Applications Technical Lead with 20+ years of experience owning, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise applications for organizations of employees. I combine technical leadership with direct execution, planning migrations and integrations while also building, scripting, and administering the systems myself. I have owned all core enterprise platforms including O365, OKTA, Slack, Active Directory, and Atlassian. My work spans complex M&A transitions, migrating entire user bases to new platforms, and merging or splitting applications through acquisitions and divestitures. I also design and deliver automation with PowerShell and REST APIs, saving more than $500K annually while improving efficiency and reliability. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and hands-on delivery — architecting large-scale migrations, consolidations, and automation solutions while ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, and built to scale.
