I am a US Army veteran and Senior Technical Advisor with expertise in logistics and supply chain management. I have specialized training and experience in managing petroleum and water bulk distribution. In my most recent assignment, I managed logistics and supply program requirements in support of global response and contingency operations in the Pacific region. Throughout my career, I have applied my logistical experience and strategic planning skills to deliver creative and innovative solutions to meet critical resource requirements both globally and nationally. I am known for establishing best practices and delivering technical advice that positions organizations to successfully meet their operational goals. Several of my highlights include: • Recognized as a critical asset and key to the success of DLA-E and host nation fuel assets. • Mitigated risk during a potable water emergency; coordinated with the environmental division and testing lab to identify, certify, and produce an approved water source in a prompt and efficient manner. • Synchronized bulk water and petroleum operations through the development and launch of a Command Petroleum Discipline Program. • Improved program operations and efficiency through the successful planning and launch of the internal petroleum and water QA/QC system, Fuel Accountability Program, Bulk Water, and Bulk Petroleum Operations.
