About Philip Grusenmeyer

As a result of significant experience in district-wide and building level school administration, as well as in teaching, I have developed strong expertise in instruction, supervision, curriculum development, professional development, budget development, event planning, and student activities. I am passionate about the arts, reading and literacy, neurodiversity, social emotional learning, and restorative justice. As a committed life-long learner, I have a broad knowledge of various subject areas, including language arts, math, science, social studies, physical education, ENL, art, music, and theatre. I am a highly effective communicator, and I strive to build positive relationships with parents, teachers, students, and the community to create a highly motivational and welcoming culture that fosters student achievement and fulfillment.
