I have a QQI Level 7 qualification in Management and Leadership, and a domain expertise in retail, especially in books, stationery, cards, and gifting. I currently manage one of the most high-profile company stores at Eason & Son Ltd, a leading Irish retailer with over 60 outlets nationwide.As a Store Manager, I am responsible for running the store with a staff count of 26, including an assistant manager, trainee manager, and supervisors. I oversee all aspects of the store operations, including budgets, stock control, store presentation, staff development, and compliance. I also implement the company's retail strategy and ensure the highest standards of execution and customer satisfaction. In addition, I have been tasked with managing two other stores simultaneously, which involved working with different teams and ensuring both stores achieved the targets and expectations set by the company. I have successfully applied my skills in project management, leadership development, and customer experience to achieve these goals.
