I am a leader and a customer experience advocate with 10 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams. I am passionate about fostering a mutually beneficial customer-focused strategy for my team members as well as the customers in which they support. My experience is extensive in managing technical support teams, vendor relations, managing projects as well as business accounts. I am an innovative thinker and able to create teams that exceed expectations and go above and beyond. My career has always been focused on people and project management while also engaging extensively in account ownership. I have operated key roles within organizations that support the critical infrastructure of networks such as the internet and internal networks of enterprise-level organizations. I have had great success in leading and mentoring large departments related to both customer-facing and internal support teams. This includes critical teams such as customer support, customer success and customer operations. I have developed customer strategies tailored to external end-users, mid-market organizations as well as Enterprise-level organizations.
