About Philip Johnson

Over my 30+ year career in the industrial maintenance field, I've had the opportunity to grow and adapt across various industries. I started my journey with the PM crew in the LVL industry and, through dedication and perseverance, I graduated from the technical college and transitioned into the role of an industrial electrician. Along the way, I gained experience in aluminum extrusion, baked goods, the wood industry, recycled plastics, scroll compression, sub-sea valve manufacturing and tank car manufacturing, which has allowed me to develop a level of adaptability and versatility in my work. Throughout my career, through diligence, hard work and attention to detail I have received promotions that reflect my commitment to doing the best I can and taking on increasing responsibilities. I've naturally found myself in leadership roles, guided by a strong sense of purpose and a goal-driven mindset that has contributed to both personal and team achievements. My dedication to punctuality and my commitment to the organizations I've worked for underscore my reliability and loyalty. One of the qualities I value is my ability to help raise standards and encourage accountability in those around me. I believe in the importance of high standards for any business to succeed, and I'm not afraid to offer or receive constructive feedback when needed. My attention to detail ensures that I approach my work meticulously, and my understanding of balancing productivity and operational efficiency through downtime has developed over time. Over the years, I've gained a deeper understanding of business dynamics, which has shaped my methodical approach to solving problems.
